1. If there are slight scratches in the process of renting a car, you should contact the customer service center of CAR Inc as soon as possible, and the customer service will help the renter to deal with them.

2. In the event of an insurance accident, inform the insurance company that the loss of the vehicle shall be priced by the insurance company first (fixed loss) and then repaired;

3. If the following situations occur during the accident handling, please handle them according to the corresponding methods: (1) The vehicle is slightly damaged and can be moved: please drive to the nearby CAR Inc store to complete the damage assessment;

(2) The traffic road collision accident shall be handled by the traffic police on the spot, and the traffic accident site confirmation shall be issued: please provide the original certificate issued by the traffic police when returning the car;

(3) Unilateral accident without traffic police ruling: Please provide clear electronic photos of the accident site;

(4) The customer chooses to repair the vehicle by himself: after the loss adjuster of the insurance company determines the amount of accident repair, please go to the repair place designated by CAR Inc for repair;

Please provide CAR Inc with the accident materials required for insurance claims within 15 days from the date of the accident, otherwise it will be regarded as automatic waiver of claims (especially serious personal injury accident, or the cost exceeds 10000 yuan, which can be extended for 30 days accordingly). All information must be complete and clear, otherwise the insurance company will be responsible for refusing compensation.

5. Advance payment for accident losses:

(1) If the estimated loss of this vehicle caused by the accident is within 1 10,000 yuan, the customer is exempted from paying the maintenance fee of this vehicle in advance; The accident caused the estimated loss of the vehicle to be more than 6,543,800 yuan, and the customer should pay the corresponding maintenance deposit;

(2) The expenses that cause losses to the third party shall be paid in advance by the customer; (3) Please submit all the collected accident handling data to CAR Inc, which will claim compensation from the insurance company; Please cooperate with the supplementary materials required by the insurance company during the period;

6. After the insurance company makes a claim, CAR Inc will return the part paid by the customer to the customer (the specific expenses will be paid by the insurance company, and the final amount of the refund fee will be determined according to the actual claim payment paid by the insurance company).
