What are fire ants?

(1) Feed on seeds, fruits, buds, young stems and roots of crops.

(2) Predating earthworms causes harm to soil-dwelling animals in the ecological environment.

(3) Bites livestock, occasionally killing calves, piglets or other livestock and poultry. Bites can cause anaphylactic shock and death in severe cases.

(4) Harm the irrigation system, cause wire short circuit or facility failure, harm farmland harvesting and transportation equipment, cause damage to farmland farming machinery and equipment, and cause unnecessary maintenance costs.

(5) Restrict outdoor leisure and entertainment activities and tourism, and reduce the value of public places.
