What's so special about Laoting?

Laoting is located in Laoting County, Tangshan City, Henan Province. There are many special places worth visiting:

Yue Tuo Island: It is the largest crescent-shaped island in the world, a Dutch-style cabin, suitable for watching the sunrise and sunset on the island when catching the sea. 2. Repulse Bay Beach: a national second-class scenic spot with clear water and small waves. You can catch the sea, eat seafood and engage in various beach entertainment activities. 3. Li Dazhao Memorial Hall: Located atNo. 1, Mi Yuan Street, Laoting County, Tangshan City, it is one of the first 100 demonstration bases of patriotism education in China, one of the national 100 red tourist attractions, and also a national 4A-level scenic spot. 4. Bodhi Island: It is the most primitive and wild island in Laoting Island. 5. Golden Sand Island: It is one of the three Laoting islands, and the sand in it is very fine. 6. Former residence of Li Dazhao: Located in Daheituo Village, Laoting County, it is the house where Mr. Li Dazhao was born and lived in his childhood and is a national key cultural relic protection unit.

Laoting has a long history. As early as the late new era, human beings have been thriving here. It is the birthplace of Laoting Drum, Tangshan Shadow Play, Pingju and "Three Flowers of Literature and Art in East Hebei".
