Why should the bus take the bus? The reason is simple:

1, traffic jams are common in Bangkok. Therefore, when there is a traffic jam, the bus has an advantage.

2. The main scenic spots in Bangkok are basically concentrated along the Chao Phraya River. You can visit many scenic spots.

Water bus in Thailand mainly includes: Chao Phraya River Bus and Kong Sheng Sang Canal Clipper.

As usual, I'll introduce you one by one:

1, bus boat

CentralPier(SathornPier) is a bus sailing on the Chao Phraya River.

It's the central pier, and the route is divided into north and south directions. The route from the central pier to the north is N, and the route to the south is S. The bus boats of different routes have different prices according to the colors of the flags on board. In general, it is enough to buy an orange flag. Ticket price 15 baht, regardless of distance.

Route attractions:

N5: Chinatown

N8: Sleeping Buddha Temple and Liming Temple (Liming Temple needs to take a 3.5 baht ferry to the other side)

N9: Grand Palace and Jade Buddha Temple (N8 and N9 are within walking distance without taking a boat).

N 13: by mountain road

2. Kong Shengsang Canal Clipper

In addition to the North-South Chao Phraya River bus, there is also a low-cost, fast-moving, east-west air-rising mulberry canal clipper.

Kong Shengsang Canal Clipper is divided into two routes, east and west, both of which are round-trip routes. The general fare is 7- 10 baht, which can be bought directly on the boat. In fact, you don't have to worry about finding the bus stop, where to get off, whether you will miss the stop, and so on! Because Google Maps can solve all your problems. It's simply excellent!

3. How to take the bus?

Take Kong Shengsang Canal fader as an example to teach you by hand.

1, walk to the nearby pier.

Search with Google Maps: Wharf. Remember not to call Pierre, because some bus stops are also called Pierre.

2. Get on the boat. You don't have to buy a ticket at the dock, just get on the boat.

3, give the money to the conductor, saying that the conductor on the bus is athletic, just like watching a movie, it is definitely a technical job.

4. Take a boat and have fun.

At the station, the staff will jump on the boat and stop it.

6. Leave the boat. Is it simple?

Bus actually, I don't recommend taking the bus. Because in Bangkok, taking a bus is extremely challenging-the prices of air-conditioned cars and non-air-conditioned cars are different, the prices of buses and minibuses are different, the same number of different colors may have different routes, and the prices of the same routes are different during the day and at night. The roads in Bangkok are intertwined, and stop signs are usually marked only in Thai.

Therefore, for travelers who want to reach the scenic spots as soon as possible, it is recommended to choose the bus carefully as the mode of travel.

But if you just want to experience the local lifestyle, you can try it.

The bus at Don Mueang Airport is an exception.

From Don Mueang Airport to downtown, you can take bus A 1 (30 baht per person, about RMB 6 yuan) to MOCHIT Station and transfer to BTS (light rail) or MRT (subway), or take bus A2 to Victory Monument and transfer to BTS (light rail). If you want to save money, I suggest this choice (Boarding point: near the domestic arrival hall 12 boarding gate)
