The registered capital is US$ 29.8 million, with an area of 10 mu and a sea area of 1000 mu. Five-star hotels, marine sports centers and clubs, yacht marinas, dining and rest areas and Ocean World Science and Technology Museum will be built. The design of the project is novel and atmospheric, forming an arc-shaped artificial island and a sailboat-shaped tower, connecting the sea and land (more than 500 meters offshore) through a trestle, which will become a landmark building on the eastern coast of Qingdao.
