Gejiu Garden Huaxi Park is an important landscape project in the PPP project of Gejiu Town, Jinnan, Tianjin. It is a Huimin project invested, constructed and operated by Zhong Jian Equation (Tianjin) Urban Construction and Development Co., Ltd. The park is located in the axis of humanistic charm of the central axis group of Gegu Town, and the north side is adjacent to the characteristic town. The park covers an area of about 19 hectares, of which the water area is 5.5 hectares. It is an important green corridor and water corridor in Gegu Town.

Huaxi Park in Gejiu Garden takes culture as its core theme and Tianjin Mother River Basin as its background, which integrates ancient history and culture. From south to north, it is divided into four regions: Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing, which show the historical and ecological features of Gegu in each period. From west to east, it is divided into three groups: Xiwan vitality art group, central axis poetic humanities group and Dongwan sensory nature group. The "Ancient Flowing Year" and "Shili Huaxi" in the eight scenic spots of Xingegu are all here, providing citizens with various functional spaces for daily life, communication and leisure, as well as various activities and experiences. Geleyuan Huaxi Park not only inherits the old historical and humanistic values, but also provides new leisure and entertainment space for the citizens, which will greatly enhance the happiness index of the surrounding citizens.

Tianjin Jinnan Gegu City Comprehensive Development PPP Project covers the comprehensive development of Gegu Town, with a total area of 44. 1 km2, including seven sub-projects, including the overall planning improvement of Gegu Town, the construction and operation of folk culture areas, the ecological protection green belt along the Haihe River (including sponge cities), public facilities, smart cities, supporting construction of municipal infrastructure and supporting facilities, and industrial introduction and upgrading. The construction of this project will realize the overall renewal and industrial upgrading of Gegu Town, which has important regional development significance.

Ancient coastal corridor in western development zone

Recently, the first phase of Tianjin's key project, the ancient coastal corridor project in the west area of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, supervised by the Construction Engineering Management Center of Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone, is nearing completion.

The ancient coastal corridor project of West Development Zone starts from Jinbin Expressway in the south, reaches Yangbei Highway in the north and jindong Road in the west, with an east-west span of about 600 meters and a north-south span of about 5 100 meters. It spans many main roads such as South Street, North Street, Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Expressway and Gangcheng Avenue, with a total area of about 3.75 million square meters.

The project is divided into three stages. The first phase of the project covers an area of about 6,543,800 square meters and started construction on February 28th, 2008.

With the joint efforts of all construction parties and relevant departments, the first phase of the coastal ancient road in the west area has begun to take shape, and the site construction has entered the final stage. It is planned to organize the completion acceptance in June 5438+065438+ 10.

It is an ornamental grass garden with both ornamental and scientific research attributes.
