The results of timid cross talk

Crosstalk is a folk art that belongs to the oral creation of the people. In essence, it is created by the working people and is an art form widely circulated among the people. There are more than 300 pieces of traditional crosstalk, including "Qie Xiangsheng", that have been handed down today. They have both the essence and the dross. This is an inevitable historical phenomenon formed in class society. We should regard traditional crosstalk, including "Qie Xiangsheng", as precious cultural heritage, analyze these repertoires from a Marxist perspective, extract the essence, remove the dross, and process them. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the cross talk circle did exactly this and achieved certain results. Frequently performed repertoire included "Xing Fortune Telling", "Xing Paying Attention", "Xing Treating Diseases", "Xing Teaching", "Xing Should Do", etc. There are also two paragraphs of "Zhuan Wen" compiled based on excerpts from "Yongwen Hua"; "Housework" compiled from excerpts from "Qing Lecture", etc. For some tracks, although the names have not changed, the relationship between the content and the characters has been significantly changed. For example, the original plot was to satirize the peasants such as "The Cowardly Follower", "The Cowardly Going to Beijing", "The Cowardice to Eat", etc. After editing, they were used in the opposite direction, praising the wisdom of the working people and exposing the ignorance of the landlords and the bourgeoisie. It gives new meaning to traditional cross talk and sublimates the theme.
