2010 Xiamen Float Parade

2010 Float Parade Launching Ceremony:

Time: October 1, 20:00

Location: Bailuzhou Road Musical Fountain Square. The floats are lined up along Bailuzhou Road, Yuandang Road and Jianye Road;

Scale: There are 800 people on the viewing platform for the launching ceremony, including 60 people on the podium.

2010 float parade route, float display time and location

October 1·Siming District

1. Float and square array gathering area: Bailuzhou The road extends from Musical Fountain Square to Hubin North Road.

2. Parade route: Bailuzhou Musical Fountain Square-Hubin South Road-Lujiang Road-Zhenhai Road-Yanwu Bridge-Huandao Road Guanyin Mountain Seaside Tourism and Leisure Area, the journey is about 18 kilometers, and the float parade takes about 2 Hour. Among them, the performance phalanx will go to the junction of Hubin South Road and Hubin West Road and disband along Hubin West Road towards Hubin North Road. The performance phalanx will travel about 3 kilometers.

3. Intersection transfer route: That night the floats will be parked along Huandao Road to Wuyuanwan Commercial Street (Huli District Exhibition Area) on Fanghubei 2nd Road.

4. The location and time of the float display: Xiamen May Day Cultural Square. The floats will be assembled from the production site to the display location at noon on September 30, and will be displayed from 9:00 to 15:00 on October 1. Afterwards, the floats will be organized to assemble at the starting point (Bailuzhou Road).

October 2·Huli District

1. Float display and artistic performance location: Wuyuanwan Commercial Street.

2. Parade route: Wuyuanwan Commercial Street Section of Huli Avenue - Fanghubei 2nd Road Section - Torch - the junction of Huli Avenue and Shugang Road. The journey is about 12 kilometers and takes about 1 hour.

3. Interval transfer route: via Shugang Road - Haicang Bridge - Maqing Road - Xingang Road - to the Haicang District Administrative Center Square and park.

October 3·Haicang District

1. Float display and artistic performance location: Haicang District Administrative Center Square

2. Parade route: Haicang Cang Administrative Center Square - Hailin Road - Canglin Road - Haiyu Road - Binhu North Road - Binhu East Road - Haicang Avenue - the intersection of Haicang Avenue and Jiaosong Road (turn back from the original road )——The intersection of Haicang Avenue and Binhu East Road. The journey is about 13 kilometers and takes about 1.5 hours.

3. Interval transfer route: Haicang Avenue - Xinyang Bridge - Xingbin Road - Park at the Xinglin Taiwanese Investment Zone Management Committee Office Building Square, the journey is about 3 kilometers, and the journey takes about 40 minutes.

October 4·Jimei District

1. Float display and artistic performance location: Xinglin Taiwanese Investment Zone Management Committee Office Building Square, Youth Palace Square

< p>2. Parade route: Xinglin Taiwanese Investment Zone Management Committee Office Building Square—Xingbin Road—Xingxi Road—Xingdong Road—Xinglin Highway-Railway Bridge—Xinglin North Avenue—Xinglin Curved Road— Jimei Avenue-Tongji Road. The journey is about 18 kilometers and takes about 2 hours.

3. Interval transfer route: Tongji Road Jimei Avenue Intersection - Tongji Road Yangzhai Intersection - 324 National Highway (Huancheng South Road) - Yinhu Road - to Tong'an Stadium Square for parking.

October 5·Tong'an District

1. Location of float display and artistic performance: Tong'an Stadium Square

2. Parade route: Stadium Square - Silver Hu Road - Huancheng South Road - Chengnan Road - Yinhu Middle Road - Yinhu East Road - Fengshan Road - Yuedong Road - Huancheng East Road - Huancheng South Road. The journey is about 6 kilometers and takes about 1 hour.

3. Interval transfer route: the junction of Huancheng East Road and Huancheng South Road - National Highway 324 - Hongtang Toll Station - Xiang'an Avenue - to the Xiamen Advanced Technical College Square for parking.

October 6·Xiang'an District

1. Float display and artistic performance location: Xiamen Senior Technician College Square

2. Parade route: Xiamen Senior Technician College Square—Wenjiao Hongqian Intersection—Old Dadeng Road Luxiang Hotel—Maxin Road Old Dadeng Intersection—Xindian Town Yuanpan—District Fu Avenue Intersection—Maxin Line Xiangmei Section— Xiang'an District People's Culture and Art Center, the journey is about 8 kilometers and the journey takes about 1 hour.

3. The float is parked on Xiangming Road and awaits disassembly. It will return on its own after the disassembly is completed.
