Yunnan summer vacation tourism

My home is on the side of Dianchi Road Ethnic Village. Ethnic costumes can be seen in ethnic villages. They are not pure commercial costumes, so don't look at them! Those clothes are divorced from reality, and ethnic minorities in rural areas will not wear them like that.

At present, the areas where ethnic costumes in Yunnan Province are kept intact are mainly in the south, and the ethnic minorities in Luchun, Honghe, Yuanyang and Jinping (known as the four counties outside the river by Yunnan people) south of the Red River in Honghe Prefecture still wear their own ethnic costumes in their daily lives, especially the Miao people, and children wear their own pleated skirts. This line can see Yuanyang terraced fields, which is a masterpiece of Hani people. Each county has terraced fields of different sizes.

Ethnic minorities in Xishuangbanna are basically dressed in uniform, except in urban areas and county towns, and boys generally wear Chinese clothes. The Dai costumes in Dehong Prefecture are also intact. Dehong and Banna are Dai townships, with rich Buddhist culture, Buddhist temples and pagodas everywhere, bamboo forests and tropical trees covering the sun, rivers everywhere and good ecological environment.

In Dali, Bai and Hui people still keep their own costumes, while Yi people mainly wear Chinese costumes. It is worth noting that the costumes of the Bai people in each county are different. Generally, there is a white hat with drooping spikes (which is the symbol of the headdress of the Bai people). This kind of costume is only distributed in Dali City along the Erhai Lake, and the Bai people's costumes around Heqing County, Jianchuan County, Yunlong County, Nujiang Prefecture and Baoshan City are not the same, and the types are very complicated. The costumes of the Hui people in Dali are well preserved in Yunnan Province. In Dali City and Dali Ancient City, you can see many Hui people and Muslim restaurants all over the street (there are many Muslim restaurants in Dali City).

You can also see national costumes in Lijiang and Shangri-La, but don't expect them to be lifestyle costumes, they are just for economic benefits, and even people who wear costumes may not be ethnic minorities at all.

If you want to take the first line of Dali, Lijiang and Shangri-La, you'd better take the train, which runs from Kunming to Lijiang directly, twice a day, get off at Dali, and then go north to Lijiang after playing. The total fare is 41 yuan. The bus from Lijiang to Shangri-La is about 5.
