Zhoushan Island has opened more than 200 bus lines from Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Anhui, Hubei, Shandong and Henan to all provinces, cities and counties in China, and got off at Dinghai Passenger Transport Center, Zhoushan Putuo shenjiamen North Passenger Transport Center and Lincheng Passenger Transport Center. Lincheng Station, located between shenjiamen and Dinghai, is not close to the scenic spots. If you are traveling, you don't usually get off here. In addition, there is Jintang Passenger Transport Center, but the departure is not as frequent as others. But if you choose to stay here, that's another matter. If there is no direct bus to Zhoushan, you can go to Ningbo North Station, South Station and West Station first, and then take a bus to Zhoushan.

Lines between major cities and Zhoushan Island

1, Shanghai South Railway Station travels between Dinghai and shenjiamen.

Departure time: 7:00- 19:30, 40 minutes every morning.

Travel time: about 4.5 hours (starting from Hangzhou Bay Bridge and stopping at Dinghai Coach Passenger Transport Center).

2. Hangzhou South Bus Station and Jiubao Passenger Transport Center travel to and from Dinghai and shenjiamen.

3. Ningbo South Bus Station (or North Bus Station) travels to and from shenjiamen Putuo Bus Station.

The communication between Zhoushan Islands and the outside world mainly depends on ships. From west to east, Zhoushan Island mainly has Ya Dan Mountain Wharf, Dinghai Sanjiang Wharf, shenjiamen Duntou Wharf, shenjiamen Bansheng East Wharf and other water transport centers.

Among them, Yadanshan Wharf is mainly sent to Ningbo, and Sanjiang Wharf is mainly sent to Shanghai to connect with external traffic. Shenjiamen Bansheng East Passenger Terminal, shenjiamen Duntou Terminal and Sanjiang Terminal are mainly sent to ships between internal islands. At present, there are mainly Ningbo and Shanghai sailing with Dinghai, as well as ships from Ningbo and Zhenhai to Dinghai, Shengsi, Daishan Port and Jintang Wharf. There are buses to Taohua Island and Liuheng Island. There are boats from Shanghai to Dinghai, Putuoshan Wharf, Shengsi and Daishan Wharf. The traffic between Zhoushan Island and the islands basically depends on ships. There are also shuttle buses or tourist buses on Putuo Mountain, Daishan Mountain, Shengsi Mountain, Qushan Mountain and Taohua Island. Four counties (districts) have inter-island transportation centers respectively, and the following docks are Zhoushan Island Wharf. Please refer to the scenic spots for the outlying island pier.

There are many bus lines on Zhoushan Island, which go directly to every corner of the island. Among them, Line 2 and Line 3 are bus lines around Dinghai City. No.20, No.25, No.26, No.27, No.28 and No.29 are buses with fixed depth, connecting Dinghai and Putuo, and the journey takes about 40 minutes. The interval is about 10 minute.

Dinghai East Bus Station specially transports Dinghai and shenjiamen Express Line. There is Guanyin Bridge between the island and Zhujiajian Island Island, and the bus goes directly to Putuo Mountain Airport and the major scenic spots on the island.

Tip: Most buses in Zhoushan Island are sold without tickets, so you need to bring your own change.

The price of taking a taxi within 2.5km during the day is 8 yuan, but in case of road congestion (the waiting fee is calculated when the speed is lower than 12km) or waiting at the traffic lights for more than 3 minutes, the waiting fee will be added.
