Mangdang Mountain is located in Mangshan Town, yongcheng city, at the junction of Henan, Shandong, Jiangsu and Anhui provinces, and is connected with six major tourist cities: Xi, Luoyang, Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Xuzhou and Lianyungang. It is about 80 kilometers east of Xuzhou Guanyin Airport and 90 kilometers west of Shangqiu Airport.

Mangdang Mountain is famous for the snake-cutting uprising of Emperor Gaozu Liu Bang, and Chen Sheng, the first peasant uprising leader in China, is also buried here. According to local rumors, Mangdang Mountain was rich in water resources in ancient times, surrounded by osawa, and there were long-term snakes. Locals call the serpent "Python", such as Liu Bang's White Snake Uprising in Mangdang Mountain and the discovery of two serpents in Han nationality in 1980. These are famous historical facts or allusions, so Mangdang Mountain is also called "Mangdang Mountain" or "Python".
