Article 3 The transportation administrative department of the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government is the competent authority for the city's passenger taxi industry.
The passenger taxi industry in each county (city) is under the jurisdiction of the transportation administrative department of the people's government of each county (city).
Passenger taxi management agencies at all levels, under the leadership of the municipal and county transportation administrative departments, are responsible for the specific implementation of these regulations. Article 6 Passenger taxi management agencies and their staff shall modelly abide by and implement these regulations, disclose their work regulations, improve work efficiency, and accept public supervision. Chapter 3 Management of Opening and Closing Business Article 7 Anyone who applies to engage in the passenger taxi business must go through the following procedures:

(3) The passenger taxi management agency shall submit the application within thirty days from the date of receipt of the application Based on the review opinions, those who meet the conditions

(4) The applicant shall submit the business license and relevant certificates issued by the passenger taxi management agency to the local The industrial and commercial administrative department applies for business opening, and the industrial and commercial administrative department shall review it in accordance with the national regulations on the registration and management of enterprises and self-employed businesses, and issue a business license;
(5) Within thirty days from the date of receiving the business license , apply for tax registration with the local tax authorities with your business license; apply for passenger accident insurance and third-party liability insurance from the People's Insurance Company of China; go to the price management department to verify the rental charging standards for the vehicles you operate;

Article 11 If a taxi operator needs to change the registration items, he shall go through the relevant change registration procedures with the passenger transport taxi management agency and the industrial and commercial administrative department respectively within 30 days before the change. Article 12 If a taxi operator requests to suspend business, it shall declare to the passenger taxi management agency within 30 days before the suspension of business. After approval, it shall surrender the business license, operation certificate, taxi driver service qualification certificate and charging voucher to the passenger taxi management agency. The industrial and commercial administration department shall handle the deregistration procedures and clear the tax procedures with the tax authorities.
