Historical and Cultural Heritage of Qingtandong
The history of Qingtan Cave can be traced back to BC18th century, when the Korean dynasty built a reservoir here to supply local residents. Later, the reservoir was abandoned, and the cave gradually became a hidden place, which was not rediscovered until the early 20th century. Today, Cheongdam-dong is considered as one of the most important cultural heritages in Korea and a national monument in Korea.
How to get to Qingtandong?
