In Twinkling Star, fireflies begin to appear in suburbs and mountains from March to June every year, forming a "secret place to watch fireflies", especially since April, which is the most suitable time to watch fireflies.

Whenever it comes to firefly viewing, perhaps many people have heard of several famous firefly viewing spots in the south-central part, such as Dongshi in Taichung, Yunlin Gukeng, Sun Moon Lake in Nantou, Alishan in Chiayi and Meiling in Tainan. All these attracted many people during the firefly viewing season.

However, in fact, you don't have to go to the suburbs or mountains in the south-central part to appreciate fireflies. I specially collected 7 places where fireflies are beautiful and easy to shoot, all of which are located in Taipei with convenient transportation. I recommend them to my parents. I might as well take my children for an outing during the day, enjoy the beautiful fireflies at night and enjoy the romance and happiness surrounded by fireflies.

At the same time, parents can also learn about the ecological habits and habitat protection of fireflies with their children by watching fireflies. Relax after watching fireflies, parents and children can feel life together, care for the environment, and find a time to see fireflies in Taipei!
