How to get to the Paracel Islands

The first thing is to book a boat ticket. You can book a cruise tour in Xisha on some large travel websites and APPs.

Go through some relevant registration procedures, fill in the registration form, sign the contract, upload information, pay fees, etc. to complete the reservation.

Go to Sanya Pier at the scheduled check-in time of the sailing period to go through the check-in procedures and board the ship.

Set off for Xisha. The sailing time is one night and we will arrive in Xisha waters early the next morning.

Notes

Before going to the Xisha Islands, you should check the weather forecast to find out whether there is a typhoon. The Xisha Islands are Typhoons are common, so the best time to travel to Xisha is from March to July every year.

The ultraviolet rays in the Xisha Islands are much stronger than those in Sanya, so you should wear sunscreen and bring seasickness medicine and other necessary items.

Since you need to take a shuttle boat to go to the destination island, you must do a good job in waterproofing the machinery and equipment, bring a waterproof bag for your mobile phone, and keep your camera and other electronic products safe.

You are not allowed to wear slippers, including flip-flops, on the island. You must wear heeled sandals or beach shoes. This is a mandatory rule of the cruise company and is also for the safety of our travelers.
