Jilin Province tourist attraction assessment requirements

In order to promote better development of scenic spots and attractions, Jilin Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism has standardized and organized the grade assessment of scenic spots and laid a solid foundation for high-quality development. First, the first large-scale application and assessment work of all types was carried out. ***133 establishment units in the province applied for five types of assessment and recognition, including A-level scenic spots, tourist B&Bs, resorts, rural tourism business units, and industrial tourism demonstration sites. The number of scales and application types hit a record high. After review and on-site inspection, 44 companies passed the certification. The second is to standardize the responsibility system and procedures for “whole process” application and assessment for the first time. A five-level responsibility division system has been created, including enterprises, counties, cities, states, provinces, and nationals. The procedures for 11 links have clear rights and responsibilities, and the evaluation is rigorous and standardized. Third, for the first time, industry-wide training on assessment work was carried out. The leaders of the drafting groups for relevant work category standards were invited to train nearly 12,000 think tank experts, applying units and industry managers, which not only cultivated a talent team, but also ensured the scientificity, professionalism and authoritativeness of the review. The fourth is the first innovative practice of the working model of "national expert consultants + on-site assessment by provincial experts". Effectively overcome the impact of the inconvenience of domestic experts due to the epidemic, and strictly select 7 selection criteria for experts in the province, including political ideology and professionalism, professional standards and work experience, to ensure the level of the expert group. Fifth, the expert assessment accountability mechanism was established and piloted for the first time. An expert responsibility system is implemented, which details the points assigned and points deducted for each item. Pictures or videos of the points deducted items are retained for future reference.
