Brief introduction of Qinghai Investment Group Co., Ltd.

Qinghai Investment Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned company established with the approval of Qinghai Provincial People's Government 1993, with a registered capital of 10 billion yuan. According to the arrangement and deployment of the property right structure adjustment of state-owned assets in Qinghai Province, according to the Law on Sino-foreign Joint Ventures and the Interim Provisions on Merger and Acquisition of Enterprises by Foreign Investors, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Qinghai Province decided to take our company as a pilot unit to introduce foreign capital to increase capital and share, so as to realize the diversification of the ownership structure. From June 65438 to May 2005, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Qinghai Provincial Government, in accordance with the spirit of the Capital Contribution Decision of Qinghai Investment Group Co., Ltd., joined forces with two overseas strategic investors to increase capital and share. On April 28th, 2006, the Ministry of Commerce approved the contract and articles of association of our company for establishing a Sino-foreign joint venture, and issued the approval certificate 65438 on May 3rd, 2006. The joint venture company has gone through the formalities of industrial and commercial registration on May 24, 2006. After the joint venture, the name of the company is still the main business scope of Qinghai Investment Group Co., Ltd.: state-owned assets authorized by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), capital operation with property rights as the link, whole-process management of investment projects as the owner, equipment leasing, fund-raising and financing business, investment projects, creditor's rights and equity, loan guarantee, custody, investment consultation, sales of industrial production materials (except as stipulated by the state) and real estate development. The investment fields mainly involve power generation, nonferrous metal smelting, mineral resources development and tourism resources development. Jinding Guarantee Company and Kunlun Leasing Company, which belong to our company, carry out loan guarantee and leasing business, which effectively guarantees our company's capital demand for investment and project construction in the above fields.
