Yancheng City has 3 districts, namely: Tinghu District, Yandu District, and Dafeng District; 5 counties, namely: Jianhu County, Sheyang County, Funing County, Binhai County, Xiangshui County; one county-level city is Dongtai City.

1. Tinghu District, Yancheng City. Tinghu District is located in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province. Located on the coast of the Yellow Sea, it is the political, economic and cultural center of Yancheng City. Tinghu District reaches the coast of the Yellow Sea in the east; borders Dafeng District of Yancheng City in the south; is across the street from Yandu District in the west; and is connected to Jianhu and Sheyang counties in the north, with a total area of ??800 square kilometers.
