1, Mengdingba

Mengdingba Mengdingba is an alluvial wide valley basin that has been eroded and accumulated by Nanting River since the 4th century. It is surrounded by mountains. Nanting River flows through the whole dam area from northeast to southwest. It is close to the Tropic of Cancer and belongs to a typical subtropical monsoon climate, with long sunshine and frost-free all year round.

Along the way, the peaks are green, the trees are lush, all kinds of tropical vines grow on both sides of the road, the birds on the mountain are singing freely, and the cries of wild animals come from time to time.

2. General Gengma Buddhist Temple

General Gengma Buddhist Temple, located in the suburb of Gengma, Gengma County, Yunnan Province, is a unique Buddhist temple in Dai language. It belongs to the Buddhist temple in the south of Pali language. It was built by Xie Han, the chief Buddhist monk of Gengma during the Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty, and it was also the place where Gengma Tusi and their relatives worshipped Buddha, also known as Guanmian Temple. This is the highest level of Gengma Southern Buddhism, and it is called Nazatan.

The main body of the hall is brick and wood structure. There are two rows of parallel huge wooden columns in the hall as the main support, and the outside of the huge wooden columns is supported by auxiliary beams, forming an inclined building. Nave and Piansha are combined into one, with three double eaves and blue-gray tiles. The temple is about 30 meters high, 0/5 meters wide and 27 meters long. The left and right corridors are about 3m wide, and the surrounding low walls are1.5m high.

3. White Horse Square

The whole monument is dignified and generous, with both the simple and exquisite Dai style and the solemnity and elegance of modern art, and it is a symbol of the new Gengma rebuilt after the earthquake.

5. Gandong Park

The main entrance of the park is carved with dragons and painted with phoenixes, and there is a horizontal plaque inscribed by Zhao Tingguang, then vice governor of Yunnan Province. The park is divided into five areas, namely, leisure and sightseeing area, cultural and entertainment area, children's play area, animal viewing area and water game area.

There are more than 20 scenic spots in the park, such as zoo, botanical garden, pavilion and lotus pond. You can enjoy all kinds of blooming flowers in the botanical garden, play chess and enjoy tea in the recreation room, and spend a short leisure time in the shade of trees and waves.
