What is the scenic reception service?

In practical application, it usually refers to the service provided by the visitor center. Including: inquiry (consultation), reservation, complaint reception, program preview, service content and service commitment publicity, tour guide explanation and team reception, film and television broadcast, self-help inquiry, tourists' rest, provision of publicity materials (free reading and sale), tourism shopping (souvenir) service, e-commerce, special crowd service facilities, in addition to panoramic views of scenic spots, number of tourists, safety guarantee, medical rescue and other information tips.
