The opinion also announced the punishment standards for illegal acts of "unreasonable low-cost travel": First, the punishment for travel agencies: confiscation of illegal income, ordering to suspend business for rectification for three months, and revoking the business license of travel agencies in serious cases; A fine of three hundred thousand yuan, if the illegal income exceeds three hundred thousand yuan, a fine of five times the illegal income; Included in the tourism business service bad information, and transferred to the tourism business service credit file, announced to the public.
