Do Zheng He’s voyages to the West count as business tourism?

There were indeed some merchants on Zheng He’s fleet, but this kind of commercial trade was not supported by the government, and doing business was not the fundamental purpose of his voyages to the West. Tourism actually doesn’t count, after all, tens of thousands of people don’t just go out to have fun.

Main purposes:

⒉Expand tribute trade (economic purpose);

⒊Looking for the missing Emperor Jianwen.
