15 days travel guide to Chongqing and its surrounding areas in Sichuan

In fact, the area of Sichuan is very, very large, and the tourism resources are very rich, and the good scenic spots are basically a dime a dozen. As a municipality directly under the central government, Chongqing is not as big as a province, but there are many famous scenic spots, even more than many provinces. Therefore, the direction set by the landlord is actually relatively large.

I would probably say that there is basically nothing in downtown Chongqing, and everyone has to go to the surrounding counties.

The more famous scenic spots, first of all, Dazu stone carving, are not particularly far from the urban area and have convenient transportation. There is a through train in Chongqing, take a bus at Caiyuanba coach station or Chen Jiaping coach station. It can be finished in one day, with high cost performance. You can live in Chongqing, then go up and come back at night.

Then there is the Three Gorges in Wushan, which is basically close to Hubei. It's far away, with good scenery and great fame, but it's inconvenient to walk back and forth. It is not recommended to go to Wushan county and then reverse, but if you are from Hubei, you can go and have a look.

Fengdu is a famous mountain and ghost town. General attractions, but very famous. It's actually very interesting to experience the ghost culture in China. It's not far from the city, and it's only a day's journey to the city by bus.

There is also the karst landform scenic spot in Wulong, which has good scenery and is not close to the urban area, but the scenic spot is relatively close to Wulong County and convenient. There are Tiansheng Third Bridge, fairy mountain, Furong Cave and so on, although it is worth seeing. But the playback time may be longer. If it is suggested to live in Wulong county, the play time varies from 2 days to 4 days, depending on your own ideas.

There are Youyang Peach Blossom Garden and Wansheng Black Valley, which are not close to the urban area and difficult to go. Suggest giving time to visit Jiuzhaigou, Emei Mountain and Qingcheng Mountain in Sichuan. After all, these are real places of interest, and the scenery is also by going up one flight of stairs.

In Sichuan, there are probably several popular tourist circles, such as Mount Emei Leshan, Jiuzhaigou Huanglong and Chengdu.

Now that you have named Jiuzhaigou, I will give you an overview. There are two options to go there. One is flying. You can go directly from Chengdu to Jiuhuang Airport, and you can go directly to Jiuzhaigou or Huanglong at the airport. If you want to save money and enjoy the scenery along the way, take a bus at Xinnanmen Bus Station. But basically, it takes more than 8 hours to walk, and the roads are all mountain roads. Occasionally, there will be landslides, and there may be a certain chance of traffic jams. I have also encountered traffic jams for three or four hours. Although the possibility of an accident is not great, I can't stand driving for such a long time. I suggest not taking the bus. When you get off at Jiuzhaigou, a group of people will ask you for a hotel. It doesn't matter whether you watch it there or book it online. The accommodation there is still good. Jiuzhaigou is just a one-day tour. You can probably take a bus into the scenic spot. You can walk slowly, or take a sightseeing bus and get off at one stop. There is a fork in the road, but it is very simple. Just get the ticket map. In addition, I bring my own dry food, and the food inside is more expensive. Besides, prepare a thin coat. Jiuzhaigou belongs to the plateau. Even in July, the weather is much colder than normal. Wearing half-sleeved shorts is definitely not acceptable.

As for Huanglong, you can find a local driver in Jiuzhaigou to charter a car to your area. The scenery is also very high. There are also so-called colorful stones in primary school texts. It is worth mentioning that the altitude there is higher than Jiuzhaigou, and there may be a slight altitude sickness. Ordinary people are used to it. If they are unfortunately unable to adapt, don't be forced. In addition, if you are a very sensitive person, you may have altitude sickness when you go to Jiuzhaigou (under normal circumstances, I will be slightly short of breath, but I won in about ten minutes).

In addition, the Jinli you mentioned is in the center of Chengdu, so just go directly, next to Wuhou Temple, and you can go in and have a look. In addition, Jinli is a snack distribution center in Chengdu, so you can eat more, but I still recommend small shops in other places, which will be a surprise. There are no other places worth visiting in Chengdu, such as Kuanzhai Lane and Du Fu Caotang. And some sites that history lovers must not miss, such as Jinsha Site. In addition, the Sanxingdui site in Deyang is a sacred place of China's history and culture.

The most famous scenic spots around Chengdu are concentrated in Dujiangyan, mainly Dujiangyan and Qingcheng Mountain. One is the ancient water conservancy project, which is very spectacular. If you live in Dujiangyan, it is very convenient to visit. Qingcheng Mountain is one of the four famous Taoist mountains in China, and there is also a saying that Qingcheng Mountain is secluded in the world, which means that Qingcheng Mountain is famous for its quietness. However, if you want to experience peace, you still have to go to the back hill. The hill in front is basically a Taoist temple or something. If you have experienced both the front and back hills, you will definitely score in two days. Qingcheng Mountain is very close to Dujiangyan, and it's a long ride. In addition, there is a bullet train, so Chengdu is also very fast. If you want to go to the back hill, you must take a bus at the front hill.

As for Emei Mountain and Leshan Mountain, they are mainly Emei Mountain and Leshan Giant Buddha. If you want to go, you can choose to take the train or the bus, which is very convenient. It is not only a Buddhist shrine, but also a very beautiful scenery. However, it must be mentioned that Mount Emei is much bigger than the average famous mountain. It takes two days for a normal person to reach the summit and live in a temple in the mountains at night. If you don't do this well, please take a bus up the mountain, or you will be at your own risk. Besides, if you don't want to die miserably, please don't tease the monkey! ! !
