Materials required:

2. Passport must be valid for at least 6 months (counting from the last day of the validity of the applied visa), and the passport must have at least 2 blank pages for use. If you have an old passport, you must provide it all. (The back of the old passport needs the personal signature of the holder).

3. Photos Two 2-inch (3.5cm×4.5cm) photos taken in the past six months with a white background.

4. ID card: Please provide a clear copy of the second-generation ID card (double-sided copy on the same page).

Marriage certificate information

If married, please provide a marriage certificate; If divorced, please provide a copy of the divorce certificate.

Unit certification letter
