Wuhai Famous Food

There is a dish at Uda Riyue (restaurant) that I don’t know what it’s called. It’s beef tendon and beef stir-fried together. It tastes exactly like barbecue, and it’s delicious.

At the side entrance of Uda Park and on the street from the square, there is a Korean barbecue restaurant called Muma Village. The portions are huge. And this barley tea and pumpkin porridge are free.

Tongyixuan Restaurant (available in Haibowan District and Wuda District) has very good potato stewed beef, dry-fried lamb chops and a stew.

Ulan Township is famous for its stupid chicken, mutton, hanging melon and stupid chicken.

Duck Lake is also very unique. You can see a corner of the Yellow River and ducks. There is also another place where there are ostriches and turkeys. I can’t tell you exactly where they are. Just ask around. These two places are mainly for fun.

If you are not a native of Wulan Township or the farm, it is best to let Wuhai people take you there. The place is relatively remote, so don’t get lost.
