What are small three links?
The Mini Three Direct Links refers to the "Implementation Measures for Trial Navigation between Kinmen, Matsu and Mainland China" unilaterally approved by the Taiwan authorities on December 13, 2000 without prior consultation between the two sides. It is commonly known as the "Minor Three Direct Links" ".
The minor three links were proposed by Taiwan, and the major three links were proposed by the central government. The big tee is more direct, convenient and effective than the small tee. The "Little Three Direct Links" refers to the "Implementation Measures for Trial Navigation between Kinmen, Matsu and the Mainland Area" that was unilaterally approved by the Taiwan authorities on December 13, 2000 without prior consultation between the two sides. According to the "Implementation Measures for the Pilot Navigation of Kinmen-Mazu and the Mainland Area", residents who have been registered in the Kinmen-Mazu area for more than 6 months may apply to travel to the other side for sightseeing, tourism and business activities. People in the mainland area can apply to travel to the Kinmen and Horses areas for tourism, business, family visits or funerals through relatives, friends or travel agencies in the Kinmen and Horses areas; a certain number of mainland compatriots will be allowed to visit Kinmen and Matsu every year, with a maximum stay of no more than seven days; it is clear Standardize and open items from the mainland that allow items from the mainland to be imported into Hong Kong and Malaysia, and provide tariff exemptions. The opening of direct postal routes and direct circuits across the Taiwan Strait can meet the needs of the people, save transit costs, and improve the quality of various postal and telecommunications services; direct navigation across the Taiwan Strait can provide safe, convenient, and economical transportation conditions for people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, and can further expand personnel exchanges. With cross-strait economic cooperation, Taiwan will develop together and Taiwan will prosper together.
