On April 5th, 65438, Yichang Culture and Tourism Bureau and the Municipal Finance Bureau jointly issued the Notice on Adjusting the Incentive Measures of Yichang 202 1 Travel Agency.

Procedures for travel agencies to declare awards:

The travel agency shall submit the electronic version of the team trip confirmation form with official seal at least one working day in advance. After the travel team leaves the city 15 working days, it is required to submit formal application materials. Those who fail to declare within 30 working days after the end of the team trip will no longer be accepted. The application materials are as follows:

Yichang 202 1 Travel Agency Award Declaration Form;

Proof materials such as travel agreement, transportation contract, air ticket, passengers and itinerary confirmation signed by the tour group;

List of group tourists, scenic spot tickets and hotel accommodation certificates, tourist housing allocation form, copies of invoices, etc. ;

The above materials shall be submitted in groups, and the Application Form shall be submitted in paper form 1 copy, and a set of clear electronic scanned copies shall be provided for other materials.
