Located in Mingqing Street, Baiqueyuan Town, Guangshan County, Henan Province, it includes the former site of Baiqueyuan Dasu Counter-revolutionary Prison, the former site of Baiqueyuan Soviet Government, the former site of Hubei, Henan and Anhui Provincial Public Security Bureau Branch, the Ming Dynasty city gate and ancient city wall, and the Red Army well. It is an important part and main military base of the revolutionary base in Hubei, Henan and Anhui during the Agrarian Revolution. It is a traffic artery connecting the red areas of southeastern Henan, northeastern Hubei and northwestern Anhui.
