2. Citizens who hold Nanjing Citizen Card can voluntarily bring their citizen card to the designated tourist year card acceptance outlets to open the function of citizen card tourist year card and pay the annual fee of the tourist year card.

3. Citizens can apply for the virtual annual card of Nanjing Tourism Park through the network channels of Nanjing Citizen Card Co., Ltd. (including but not limited to Park Card APP, Park Card applet, Zhihui Citizen Card APP, etc.). ) and pay the annual card fee of the year.

4. Citizen cards in the Articles of Association refer to Nanjing Citizen Card A (three-in-one card, including social security, Jinling Tong and bank card functions) and Citizen Card B (excluding social security functions).

Second, renew the fee.

1. After the expiration of the Garden Year Card, you can use this card to renew the virtual card of the Garden Year Card at the designated Garden Year Card acceptance outlets or online designated channels.

2. For the renewal of the Garden Year Card, the validity period of the Garden Year Card will be extended for one year after its expiration; The renewal of the expired Garden Year Card shall be counted from the date of renewal. (Note: The annual card of Nanjing Tourism Park can only be renewed once a year. )

3. The application and renewal amount of Nanjing Tourism Park Annual Card shall be subject to the price announced by Nanjing Citizen Card Co., Ltd. ..

Third, exchange losses.

1. When the special card for the Garden Year Card can't be used normally, the valid identity certificate of the card owner will go through the card replacement formalities at the Garden Year Card Comprehensive Service Point, and the original card will be recovered. (Note: If the photo of the annual card is worn out and cannot be used, it is suggested that the card owner change the card at his own expense and re-apply. )

2. If the special card for the Garden Year Card is bent, folded, broken, damaged, perforated, worn, uneven, burnt, soaked in water or damaged by others, or exceeds the warranty period, the replacement fee will be 20 yuan/card. The new card enjoys a two-year warranty period from the date of processing.

Fourth, report the loss.

1. If you lose your Garden Year Card, you can report the loss at the designated Garden Year Card acceptance outlet.

2. The owner of the special card for the Year of the Garden shall report the loss with valid identity documents. If a new card needs to be reissued, the cost of the new card is 20 yuan/piece, and the reissued new card enjoys a two-year warranty period from the date of handling.
