1. Design and construction subsidies. For newly-built or upgraded homestays, after reaching the standard homestays, the loan discount subsidy of 12 months will be given at a time according to the loan LPR pricing not higher than that announced by the People's Bank of China, with the maximum amount not exceeding 30,000 yuan.

5. Support subsidies for homestay villages. Integrate construction funds such as beautiful countryside, and give priority to supporting new modes of homestay villages such as Jinyuan Modern Tourism Base. Those identified as homestay villages will be subsidized according to the standard of 6,543,800 yuan per homestay village, which will be used by towns (streets) to create supporting formats such as leisure and entertainment, recreational research, shopping and picking, rural cultural experience and regular folk festivals in the homestay village. Before cash, the construction plan must be submitted to the county Wenguang Tourism and Sports Bureau, together with it.

6.B&B agglomeration subsidies. Those who are rated as B&B gathering towns will be given a one-time reward of 500,000 yuan, and the reward funds will be mainly used for the development of B&B industry.

7.B&B Investment Promotion Award. Investors will be rewarded according to the principle of "one thing, one discussion" for homestay projects with fixed assets investment of more than 20 million yuan.

8. Brand introduction subsidy. National five-star B&B enterprises and platinum B&B enterprises in Zhejiang Province, which have been built and operated in Changshan for more than two years, will be given a one-time operating subsidy of 200,000 yuan and 300,000 yuan respectively. 9. Business model reward. Encourage social enterprises to explore and develop the whole village operation mode of B&B. If the operation is successful, enterprises will be given an annual operation reward of 500,000 yuan per village.
