The scenery of Baiji Mountain

Baizhang Peak (1344m), located in the northwest corner of Chang 'an, Lin 'an, has become a NE-trending mountain range alone. Many peaks such as Longtangshan (1586m) are above 1500m, among which Liang Qingfeng (1787m), the highest point in the city, stands. Danxi Gorge divides the northern part of Baiji Mountain into two parts: the eastern part is composed of volcanic rocks and intrusive rocks in the early Cretaceous, and the shape of the top of the mountain is gentle. The low valley source can be built into a small reservoir or become a natural grassland; The lithology in the west is Sinian-Ordovician impure limestone and mudstone, forming several intermountain basins. The middle section of Baiji Mountain starts from Yulingguan in Lin 'an, and most of it is in Chun 'an. Its altitude is slightly lower than that of the northern section, generally around 1000m, and higher than that of Gao Shanfeng 1200 ~ 1400m, such as Yulingding (1265m) and Long Xiaotian (65438). The lithology of the middle section of Baiji Mountain is Sinian, Cambrian dolomite and impure limestone, and the ridge line is consistent with the regional tectonic line. Because the limestone layer in the mountain is thin and impure, the karst development is weak, and the weathered layer is easy to be eroded. Once soil erosion occurs, the bedrock on the hillside is exposed. At the same time, because the mountain is on the rise for a long time, deep meanders are quite developed, the most typical of which is Wuqiangxi in Nanzhuang, Yu Jia, Chun 'an. The bend section of the river is 1500m, while the straight section is only 80m. The southern section of Baiji Mountain has crossed the border of Hangzhou and extended to Kaihua County.
