Beijing to Huashan travel costs, it is best to be more detailed, the approximate cost of food, accommodation, transportation and entertainment. It is expected to be low in September, two days on Satur
Two days are too tight. Well, it is best to start climbing Huashan Mountain at noon, climb to the middle of the mountain and stay one night, watch the sunrise the next day, and then continue to climb to the top.
I’m going there in a few days. Here’s what I found and share with you
Take the K41 train from Beijing to Xi’an
Buy the one from Huashan Ticket
Departs at 18:00 in the evening / Arrives at Huashan at 10:13 am the next day
/ Hard sleeper upper 270 / Middle 281 / Lower 290 / Soft sleeper upper 424 / Lower 442 yuan (based on the station Subject)
Ticket to Huashan is 180 yuan. Huashan Scenic Area is open to tourists 24 hours a day.
After you get off the train, you can take a taxi to Huashan Scenic Area. After getting on the bus, tell the driver that you are going to "Yuquanyuan". (It would be better if you can find other cheaper cars.)
There are two roads up the mountain. One is the old road, which starts from Yuquan Temple and has many cultural landscapes. The second is the road to "Taking Huashan Outsmarted" back then. It's a bit more dangerous, just start from the ropeway. (I call Yuquan Temple the west gate of Huashan Mountain and the cableway the east gate).
The distance from Huashan Railway Station to Yuquanyuan is about 10 kilometers. The fare is acceptable if it is less than 20 yuan. If it exceeds, you will have to negotiate the price.
There is a crossroad 2/3 hundred meters opposite Yuquanyuan. There are many small restaurants/small supermarkets/small shops here, some of which sell delicious roujiamo. If you get here around 11 o'clock, you can also eat here and walk around after filling your stomach. Bring something to eat up the mountain. Things on the mountain are not cheap, eggs are 3 yuan, water is 3 yuan, and instant noodles are 15 yuan.
If you need a map, there is an old lady selling maps in the "Yuquanyuan" square for 2 yuan each. If you find it expensive, you can negotiate the price. There seems to be free ones at the visitor center. I heard that there are also maps printed on handkerchiefs, which are waterproof, anti-folding, and can also wipe away sweat. I wanted to buy it but couldn't find it.
It should be around 12 o'clock at this time, and you should start going up the mountain. "Yuquanyuan" is where I went up the mountain. Go through the temple to the ticket gate/buy tickets/go up the mountain.
This section of the road before reaching the North Peak is very hard. In fact, climbing Huashan Mountain is to exercise one's physical strength, perseverance and endurance. If you want to climb the mountain in one day, you have to climb the mountain in the morning and then descend in the evening. It’s very tiring, so it’s not recommended to complete it in one day. It is recommended to stay in the mountains at night.
You can choose to live in Zhongfeng or Dongfeng. It’s expensive to live in Dongfeng, but it’s the perfect place to watch the sunrise. It’s cheaper to stay at Zhongfeng, but the sunrise is not as good as at Dongfeng. It takes about 30 minutes from the middle peak to the east peak. You decide where to live.
The next day we visited South Peak/West Peak. Descend easily before 6pm. After filling your stomach, you can take a look at the night view on the streets of Huashan Scenic Area. Around 22:00, go to Huashan Railway Station and take T56 back to Beijing. (T56 Baoji-Beijing West) If you don’t want to leave at night, you can stay in Huayin city. Huayin City is also within 10 kilometers from Huashan Scenic Area. After all, the food and accommodation conditions in the city are better than those in the mountains. Finally, it is recommended not to go up the mountain alone. It is best to go with more than two people and have a companion with whom you can talk.
I wish you a happy trip!
