What should I do if I need to provide an invoice to apply for a passport for outbound travel?

There is no need to provide an invoice for handling an outbound passport. Passport means that when citizens of a country enter or leave their own borders and travel or stay abroad,

Legal documents issued by the state to prove the nationality and identity of citizens. The procedures for handling entry-exit tourist passports are as follows: China citizens must apply to the entry-exit administration department of the municipal or county public security bureau where their household registration is located.

(The general procedure is):

1. Receiving the Exit Application Form: When I (or entrust my relatives and friends) receive the Application Form for Exit and Entry Certificates of China Citizens from the Exit and Entry Administration Department of the public security organ where my domicile is located, I must bring the following materials and certificates:

Original and photocopy of the household registration book;

② Original and photocopy of ID card;

③ Submit the passport photo of the applicant;

(4) Special post personnel need to issue a letter of introduction from the unit;

⑤ The applicant must be present in person (if the applicant is under the age of 16, his parents are required, but relevant documents are required, such as marriage certificate, household registration book, original and photocopy of ID card);

2. Fill in the Application Form for Entry and Exit of China Citizens;

3. Submit the Application Form for Entry and Exit of China Citizens;

4. Take a good passport photo (usually a two-inch black-and-white or color bareheaded front photo in the last three months) and stick it on the Application Form for Exit of China Citizens as required. In addition, prepare at least 2~3 other photos of the same, and write my name on the back of the photos;

5. Prepare a copy of the invitation letter, guarantee letter, admission notice and other relevant documents and materials for going abroad;

6. Prepare my household registration book, ID card, work permit or other household registration certificates.

7. Submit the completed China Citizen Exit Application Form, foreign (overseas) invitation letter, letter of guarantee, letter of introduction from the company, household registration book, work permit, student ID card or unemployment certificate, retirement certificate, ID card and my photo to the exit-entry administration department of the public relations organ. If you apply for an expedited passport for special reasons, you must indicate it when submitting the materials.

8. Wait for your passport.

After accepting the application form and corresponding materials submitted by the public security organ and examining them, the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ may make a decision on whether to approve the applicant's passport application, and generally notify the applicant within 30 days (within 60 days in case of inconvenient transportation or remote, and within one week in case of emergency).
