If God gave each of us a chance to live while doing what we like, would most of us choose to live while traveling? There is no doubt that we can enjoy the maximum freedom during the journey, but when the opportunity really comes to us, the distress and confusion will follow. Where is the destination? What should I do there? In view of these problems that I have been troubled by, I hope to share some of my travel experiences with you through this book, help people who are suffering from the above problems, and let everyone find a suitable way to travel.

Where on earth should we go? Everyone will have a different answer to this question. And myself, I love Spain alone. I don't know if it is because I didn't have much in common with Spain before. When I first wanted to travel to Spain, I didn't know much about that place. Therefore, my first visit to Spain was almost a cursory tour. If anything, I can only say that this trip made me fully feel that Spain is a mysterious country, that's all. However, after that, with curiosity about this mystery, I embarked on a journey to Spain several times. Every time I set foot on this land, I feel different, and with the increase of my understanding of this country, I like this land more and more. Finally, I fell in love with Spain. This book is based on this emotion.

Compared with other European countries, Spain and South Korea have many similarities. In addition, the lifestyle inherited from a long history and the culture and diet it contains have countless similarities with South Korea.

Perhaps it is because these two countries have so many origins that Cespedes became the first European to set foot in South Korea. I think the arrival of this Spanish priest is by no means accidental.

Of course, Spain cannot be regarded as the first choice based on the above, and there are more important reasons. That is to say, Spain has more mysteries than other countries, and it is these elusive mysteries that constitute the Spanish dream.

Generally speaking, when it comes to Spain, everyone will think of enthusiasm, bullfighting, flamenco dance, and so on. Yes, these are indeed the most representative features of Spain. However, in my opinion, what excites me more than the above is the subtle regional conflicts and cultural differences in Spain. Perhaps it is this unique cultural background that makes Spain the most mysterious country.

Now, the dreams of several nationalities in this hot land exist in various forms. Cultural diversity germinates in the constant wars and ethnic contradictions, which reacts on all ethnic groups and plays a role in reconciling ethnic contradictions. In this context of cultural diversity, ethnic groups do not repel or resist each other, but respect their own culture and recognize the advantages of each other's culture, thus creating a brand-new integrated culture. This integrated culture has inherited a long tradition, and now it has been regarded as a celebration that cannot be copied and yearned for by the world.

Therefore, when I share my travel experience in Spain with you, I can't be limited to the areas where individual ethnic groups are located. Although they all live in the same country, all ethnic groups have different origins and languages. If you only introduce the region where a certain ethnic group is located, you can only understand one side of Spain, but not the whole picture.

Considering the above aspects, this book divides Spain into four regions, and each region will have its own representative city. In each representative city, the author will pick out 24 scenic spots that I have been to for your attention.

Although the beginning of a journey means leaving the original life temporarily, from another perspective, travel is a journey to find the true meaning of life. Therefore, people often compare life to travel. When we set foot on this land of Spain, everyone will indulge in the dream of Spain and realize what I call mystery. However, what we get is not only pure mystery, but also an attempt to feel and understand another culture, a completely different culture, a culture we have never experienced before. In this process, we got the opportunity to discover ourselves. So I am very willing to share my insignificant travel experience in Spain with you.

Now, let's feel the infinite charm of Spain and indulge in the sweet dream of Spain!

Finally, I must express my most sincere thanks to every friend I met during my trip, namely, Jiang Zhengxi (translated name) and Jin (translated name), who are responsible for proofreading the manuscript and gave me many valuable suggestions, and Huang Shangyu (translated name), who have never once expressed their boredom with me and made unremitting contributions to the publication of this book in hot weather.
