Four ancient towns in Xiangxi
I. Riye
Liye Town is located in the south of Longshan County 124 km. There are Neixi Township in the north, Zanguo Township in the east, Baojing County in the south and Xiushan and Youyang counties in Chongqing in the west, which are closely related to each other and are the land and water of two provinces and four counties. Liye swims on both sides of Youshui, belonging to Longshan and Baojing counties, and to the east of Youshui belongs to Longshan. It is a big and rich old commercial port. Many tourists take Shen Congwen's novel Border Town as a guide map, looking for the white pagoda, the stone mill and the boatman's tomb: stepping on the ancient stone road, climbing the diaojiao building by the water, listening to the fishing songs floating in the moonlight and remembering the beautiful and moving story.
