We were all young and frivolous, we all dreamed of going to the world with swords, and we all regarded vagrancy as a dream. Even, many people take "on the road" as a long-term motto. Yes, life is an experience and a chic way to leave.

Youth travel is a unique product that came into being at the historic moment. People don't ask the source or the destination, but just enjoy the time together. They have no utility or desire, but are honest with each other. Stay together when you have a chance, and leave when you don't. No nostalgia, no need to say goodbye.

You will learn something if you stay in the youth brigade for a long time. Good times are always short, but I won't be sad because of it, but I am grateful for the opportunity to enrich my life.

This is the feelings and destiny of the youth brigade.

Second, the cruel period of reality.

The change of identity and role has made me discover many things that I never thought about before.

It is unacceptable for ordinary people to change from small literature and art in emotional period to tour guide+waiter+maintenance worker+room aunt. To sum up, there are two points. The first is dealing with people, and the second is dealing with things.

Many people will spend their only feelings in this exhausting cleaning work. Orders are placed day and night, consultation calls are made day and night, dishes are washed and dried to answer customers' questions. In rainy weather in summer, there is no place to dry the sheets, and the drying is not complete. In this working state, do you still have the heart to talk about feelings, customs and beautiful scenery with customers?

If you meet a difficult customer, you are not satisfied with the bad reviews, and you still feel abused. Looking at the messy room, you don't want to do cleaning at all.

This time is particularly difficult, and I even think, why should I do this job? Why should I suffer? Hard work is not hard, no one can understand.

Third, the duration is long.

Slowly, we will find it meaningless to waste time blindly, and complaining about ourselves will only make things worse. However, when I saw the smiling faces of the guests and felt their gratitude, the feeling of "girlhood" came back.

After going through a difficult stage, reviewing your initial intentions again will strengthen your determination to do this cause. Yes, what's not difficult? Is it necessary to do something without difficulty seriously?

Now I gradually get rid of the influence of guests on my heart, and I won't change my attitude easily, and I won't get angry because of it. Being a warm person has always been my trademark, and it is also my attitude towards life that I still choose after seeing the change of human feelings.

I think it is because of these difficulties and sufferings that I will cherish and understand the happiness brought by this profession.
