The planned land for the first phase of Beihai Silver-based Project is released! The first stage will start from these four parts.
This project is divided into plots. The following plots are used to build the water world, ice world, Beihai occupation and Ferris wheel of Yinji Phase I project.
The other two are land for logistics base projects and commercial land for tourism. The first phase will invest 9 billion yuan to build a water world, an ice and snow kingdom, a one-night and leisure resort hotel in Beihai, which is expected to be completed within 2-3 years.
In terms of greening and environmental protection, a 20-meter green belt was built around Yinji Phase I, and the green belt on the north side of the bamboo trunk canal was increased to 50 meters, while the green belt on the east side of Xicun Port was as high as 100 meters, which was equivalent to a belt-shaped green park.
Silver-based project is the number one cultural tourism project in Guangxi. In recent years, Beihai has introduced the largest and most influential major tourism projects, which can completely solve the problem of "people can't stay" in Beihai tourism and enhance Beihai tourism.
