What does "blue turkey" mean?

Blue Turkey is a song written by Chen Xinrong and composed and sung by Steve Chou. It was included in Steve Chou's album Blue Turkey released on October 25th, 2007/KLOC-0.

When struggling, Steve Chou put everything down, looked back for his truest mood and music he really liked, and let the emotions in his heart release naturally, thus giving birth to the melody of Blue Turkey. This song was inspired by mysterious and beautiful deep eyes, so Demo was named "Eyes".

The reason why I chose the theme "Blue Turkey" full of strong Turkish flavor to write songs is because Steve Chou was invited to visit Turkey when making this album, and there was an episode in the middle. When you see blue and white eyes, the melody naturally flows out.
