Clear key prevention and control, and implement limited opening. It is emphasized that all localities should strictly implement the requirements of the Notice under the premise of doing a good job in the prevention and control of epidemic situation in tourist attractions and in accordance with the principle of zoning and grading, so as to achieve limited and orderly opening and prevent disorderly opening.

During the epidemic prevention and control period, only outdoor areas are opened in tourist attractions, and indoor places are temporarily closed, and the number of tourists received shall not exceed 30% of the approved maximum carrying capacity. Toll scenic spots should be evaluated before the implementation of temporary preferential policies to prevent the passenger flow from exceeding the limit.

It is required to strengthen traffic management and prevent people from gathering. Tourist attractions should establish and improve the reservation system, implement time-sharing tour reservation, guide tourists to enter the park at intervals and travel during peak hours, strictly limit the number of tourists who pick up tickets and purchase tickets on the spot, and do a good job in registering tourist information.

All localities are required to strictly implement the prevention and control safety of tourist vehicles, strengthen the construction of smart tourism, realize the front-end traffic management of tourist attractions, and strictly control passenger flow. It is necessary to refine the management measures and standardize the tour order.

Tourist attractions should optimize the tour route, and equip necessary personnel and equipment in areas where people are easy to gather, such as entrances and exits of tourist attractions and important tourist spots. Strictly implement prevention and control measures such as body temperature screening, strengthen scenic spot guidance and safety hazard investigation, and standardize scenic spot management.

Emphasize the need to strengthen organizational leadership and implement the division of responsibilities. All localities should take the main responsibility for the opening of tourist attractions, establish a supervision mechanism, and effectively strengthen the opening of tourist attractions and tourism safety inspection.

It is necessary to improve the departmental linkage mechanism, implement detailed prevention and control responsibilities, improve emergency response capabilities, and properly handle emergencies in a timely manner. All localities should do a good job in propaganda and guidance, timely release various epidemic prevention and control guidelines and safety information, guide tourists to abide by safety warning regulations in tourism activities, enhance their awareness of protection, cooperate with prevention and control work, and advocate civilized tourism.
