Tianyu River (ancient Scuba River), located in Zhongnan Town, Zhouzhi County, originates from the Qinling Mountains and winds like a jade river. On the east side of the viewing platform is the Tianyu River in the Tianyu Scenic Area, which flows out of the Qinling Mountains with abundant water and clear water quality. After the exhibition area is completed, the Tianyu River will become an axis running through the north and south, integrating the countryside and the city, embodying nature and humanity, and an urban landscape with ecological conservation, cultural tourism and leisure as its main functions. Form an ecological framework of "a landscape garden that combines landscape and humanities, pays equal attention to urban and rural areas, and combines points, lines and surfaces" to build a river ecological pattern in which mountains and rivers are interdependent, people and water are harmonious, and nature and humanity are integrated.

At the same time, an important commercial and cultural corridor and urban residential and recreational belt will be formed along the Tianyu River, becoming an important part of the comprehensive development and construction of the urban riverside area and becoming a completely open strip-shaped urban space.
