Introduction of Yanoda Tourist Attractions in Sanya

Sanya Yanoda tourist attractions are introduced as follows:

Hainan Yanoda Rainforest Cultural Tourism Zone, located in Sandao Farm, Sandao Town, Baoting Li and Miao Autonomous County, Hainan Province, with a total area of 45 square kilometers, was founded in 2008. It is a large-scale sightseeing, leisure, health and wellness resort based on natural landscape and integrating "rainforest culture, Lidong culture, southern medicine culture and zodiac culture".

It integrates tropical rain forest, canyon wonders, flowing spring waterfalls, Dong Li customs, tropical melons and fruits, southern medicine and hot springs. There are many scenic spots such as Xiao Sheng Square, Rainforest Valley, Dream Valley, Mishima Valley and Wetland, including Yanoda Rainforest, Pharmacist Canyon, Zodiac Square, Parudi Outdoor Camp, Yaya Tropical Fruit Country, Dadaiseli Miao Expo, hotels and resorts. It is the concentration place of five tropical rainforests in Hainan Island, and it is an exhibition of tropical rain forest resources with ornamental value.

Historical evolution:

"Yanoda" is a pictophonetic character, which means one, two and three in Hainan dialect. The scenic spot endows it with new connotations. "Elegance" means innovation, "promise" means commitment, "achievement" means practice, and "Yanoda" means welcome, hello, friendship and blessing. In 2000, the Yanoda project delegation visited the valley of Sandao Town, Baoting County.

In 2009, Yanoda was designated as a key construction project in Hainan Province by Hainan Provincial Development and Reform Commission. 20111February, UNESCO, Hainan Provincial Tourism Development Committee and Yanoda Rainforest Cultural Tourism Zone signed the Book of Cooperation and Exchange on Good Tourism Projects, and the scenic spot was identified as UNESCO's "Good Tourism" cooperative research base.
