According to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Management of Tour Guides and the Measures for the Implementation of the Management of Tour Guides, this work plan is formulated in combination with the actual situation of our city.

1. Scope of annual review

All tour guides who held IC card tour guide cards and registered in Chengde before December 31, 213.

II. Form of annual review

Annual review is mainly based on evaluation. The Municipal Tourism Management Service Training Center conducts annual review and evaluation on tour guides in combination with their attendance, interview and evaluation, their tour guide business in that year, points deduction, administrative punishment and tourists' feedback.

III. Annual registration and training arrangement

(I) Annual registration method and time

Annual registration of tour guides is managed by computer information system. That is, online annual examination registration, uploading photos, printing attendance cards (annual examination training attendance cards and annual examination air classroom attendance cards) and other programs are managed by computer and carried out online.

After logging in, enter the annual inspection system column of tour guides, enter the ID number to enter the annual inspection registration system, and set the registration password and fill in personal information as prompted to register. IV. Teachers and contents of the annual review

History of Qing Dynasty 3 (taught by Yan Wenqiang, an outstanding tour guide in China and one of the top ten tour guides in the National Red Tourism Network Competition-the connection between the Summer Resort and the Qing Dongling); Buddhism 3 (Li Jianhong, deputy research librarian of the Municipal Cultural Relics Bureau, lectured on the analysis of the Buddha Hall of Waiba Temple); Zhang Guocheng, Dean of Adult Education College of Hebei Tourism Vocational College, teaches tourism law; Chen Yanping, a model worker of the national tourism system, gave a lecture on the standardization and safety of the lines on the paddock dam.

V. Annual review training mode

Annual review training mainly adopts centralized teaching and online classroom (www.cddyou.com) learning mode. According to the actual situation of tour guide work, tour guides voluntarily choose training methods (only one of which can be attended).

the first method: the tour guides who are going to work in Chengde in 214 must attend the centralized lectures and pass the annual interview and assessment (Appendix 1 Overview of Chengde) before they are allowed to go through the post formalities and issue the post cards.

the second way: the tour guides who are not employed in this city or those who are employed in other places can learn through Chengde Tour Guide Network-air class. VI. Time and place of annual review (swiping card)

In order to facilitate the tour guides to go through the annual review procedures and implement one-stop service, the annual review of tour guides in 213 will be conducted by swiping card and paying fees simultaneously. The specific arrangements are as follows:

the tour guides who participated in the aerial classroom study will go through the annual review (swipe card) formalities from February 17th to April 15th, 214 after the study.

the tour guides who attend the annual review training and give concentrated lectures will have their annual review (swipe their cards) within the above specified time. The annual examination registration form for 213 (Annex 2) and the face-to-face lecture card (attendance rate is subject to the seal) shall be submitted.

VII. Specific Requirements

(1) The Municipal Tourism Management Service Training Center is responsible for the annual registration, training, interview assessment and credit card swiping of tour guides in the city. Travel agencies, guide service centers and Tianbao tour guide companies should arrange special personnel to be responsible for the online registration, training and credit card swiping of tour guides of their own units. Tour guides fill in the information accurately in strict accordance with the requirements, ensure the authenticity of the information, and handle the annual review (swipe card) according to the prescribed procedures. Before April 15, 214, the annual inspection of tour guides in the city will be completed.

(2) Online registration is adopted for the annual tour guide review, mainly to reduce work procedures, improve work efficiency and better serve the tour guides. Please log in to Chengde Tour Guide Network in time and read the online registration procedures and requirements in detail to ensure the smooth completion of this annual review.

(3) Tour guides download and print the attendance card according to the specified time, and attend the training according to the time and place arranged on the attendance card. The training time cannot be adjusted without special circumstances. When attending face-to-face lectures, you need to bring your attendance card with you and sign in. The staff will stamp the attendance card. If someone signs in for others, both the person who signs in and the person who signs in will not pass the annual examination.

(4) All units should attach great importance to the annual examination training and earnestly strengthen the leadership of the annual examination training for tour guides. Put an end to the situation that tour guides can't pass the annual review due to underreporting and misreporting.
