What are the necessary software to go to Thailand?

Another thing to pay attention to when going to Thailand is downloading software. A good software will make you enjoy your trip to Thailand more. Let Xiaobian tell you more useful software.

software

There is a translator:

Through text and voice input, it can be directly translated into Thai, which is very convenient. Now, like GoogleTranslate, it supports text photo recognition and translation.

Trouble: poor actual combat ability, many translation processes will still make mistakes. The most troublesome thing is that you can't translate sentences. Thais have never understood the translated sentences, and can only translate some simple sentences and common words.

What's more, it's extremely time-consuming, just one sentence. Events that can only be dealt with in a few words, especially such things as buying tickets for consultation, have basically failed to achieve their goals. As soon as the novelty is over, they are too lazy to use it, and their body language is good.

Google translation:

The same software as Youdao Translator also supports shooting recognition. People in China use less, while people in Thailand use more. When I can't solve the problem with translation, they usually solve it again through Google Translation.

Others:

Speak Thai

I used it a long time ago, but it was completely useless in actual combat. This is just for leisure time. SpeakThai is outdated software before translation, and it is not recommended to download it now.

Universal series:

Tripadvisor Cat Eagle

A general travel guide containing maps, accommodation, food, attractions and guides. Besides LP, my favorite source of travel reference materials. The essence is its evaluation and collection of local attractions and food, which is somewhat similar to our public comments. Public comments have made quite comprehensive recommendations on Thai gourmet restaurants, but they are mixed. Tripadvisor brings together the opinions and comments of tourists from all over the world, especially locals, and completely squeezes out the water army in public comments. We often see that in the same city, the small and fresh online celebrity stores ranked high by the public comments are not reliable on tripadvisor. In contrast, I prefer to trust the eyes of people all over the world.

When we came to Chiang Mai in the past, we often found hot pot for thousands of people, mango tango, pork knuckle rice and so on. According to the popular online food raiders, we always feel that there is a big gap between description and description, and the probability of disappointment is 90%. After all, some raiders have been copied and pasted since 10 years ago, and they have long since failed (all the restaurants recommended by my early travel notes have closed down).

Traveling now, there is almost no food strategy. When you get to the local area, go directly to tripadvisor and navigate to the top 5 local restaurants (note that they are local, so don't go there because there are many western restaurants in the top 5). You can be sure, or if you see a restaurant with a cat's eye eagle of 4.5 stars or above along the road, just push the door and enter, and the probability of disappointment will not exceed 10%.

Of course, the top five restaurants have a problem: prices are generally not cheap, but this problem can be ignored in Thailand. After all, the price in Thailand is still very close to the people. Even in the sky-high local restaurants, compared with the sky-high domestic restaurants, it is almost negligible. What's more, the letter-to-price ratio is so high that the money saved by taking a cheap plane without a box lunch is enough for several meals.

Find another reason to take a cheap airline.

Practical website

Thailand's train ticket booking website (20 13 65438+ 10/4 does not accept international booking, and now you can only check the train schedule).

note:

Safety is the most important thing when going out. Go to the hotel lobby to get the hotel business card and take the map with you when you go out, so as not to get lost and don't know where to go.

Get free maps of airports, hotels, Bangkok subway stations and tourist attractions, especially free maps of Bangkok city hotels, which are super easy to use.
