The best time for Yi people’s ancient town: suitable for all seasons
A major cultural tourism project invested and developed by Yunnan Chuxiong Weiguang Enterprise Huitong Real Estate, Chuxiong Yi people’s tourism and culture ancient town is about to reveal its mystery veil.
In recent years, Dali, Lijiang and Shangri-La have become famous tourist areas at home and abroad. The Bai, Naxi and Tibetan people together form a landscape of ethnic minorities. Developing the cultural resources of the Yi people in Chuxiong Prefecture and creating a new landscape on the golden line of tourism in western Yunnan has attracted great attention from people of insight. In accordance with the working ideas of the Chuxiong Prefecture Committee and the Prefecture People's Government to vigorously develop Yise tourism, after full deliberation and demonstration, Huitong Real Estate decided to develop the Chuxiong Yi Tourism and Culture Ancient Town near the Song Dynasty Dejiang Ancient City in the Chuxiong Development Zone. The project has been listed by the state committee as one of the top ten cultural industry construction projects in the state. The Yi Ancient Town is the largest cultural tourism project in Chuxiong to date with profound cultural connotations and strong Yi characteristics.
The Yi Ancient Town is located in the west part of Chuxiong Development Zone. There are two main reasons for choosing the site here: first, the development trend of the development zone is to extend westward, and the current edge may become the center in the future; second, the ancient city of Dejiang built in the Song Dynasty is two kilometers northwest of Weichu, which is about here. .
The location of the ancient town is very good. To the north is the Guangda Railway, to the east is the passenger station, and to the west is the freight station, all about one kilometer away. There is National Highway 320 in the south and a first-level transit line on the edge of the city. Close to the ancient town is Yong'an Avenue, a main street in the development zone. The entrance of the Anchu Expressway just enters the ancient town and becomes the Weichu Avenue that runs from north to south in the town. The entire ancient town can be said to be Railways and roads extend in all directions.
The design of the ancient town is completely an antique Yi folk house with two floors and one bottom. The Yi folk houses we are talking about are not the thatch houses or stacked wooden houses of the poor Yi people before liberation, but are designed based on the houses of the Yi chieftains and chiefs in Chuxiong and Wuding.
The entire ancient town has eight districts, each district is called a square, and each square is composed of several courtyards. The quadrangle is called a garden, and the one that is not enclosed is called a pu. There are seven squares and fifty gardens (pu) in the whole town. The entire ancient town forms a large enclosure, with each square enclosed in the middle and each courtyard forming a small enclosure. The courtyard-style residential buildings highlight the typical characteristics of the inward gathering of traditional Chinese culture, and also embody China's cultural concepts of orderliness, fatherly kindness and filial piety, and unity. The courtyard layout returns to tradition, summons humanity, cultivates family ties, and decisively abandons the high-rise syndrome of Western-style buildings that are isolated from each other until old age.
The ancient town is also a water town. There is a small stream in the north, running from east to west, with bamboo and banana forests on both sides. The 25-meter-wide green belt is called Zhuxi Avenue. The main water body running east-west in the town is naturally shaped, with some widths and some narrows, and is called Peach Blossom Creek. From the picture, it looks like a long dragon lying on the waves, giving the ancient town an auspicious meaning. There are two streams, and the small river branches into countless tributaries, leading to the main streets and every courtyard of the ancient town. Among the 243
2 acres of land in the town, the water body area reaches 32 acres, which is rare in commercial and residential communities across the country. For Chuxiong in the arid area of ??central Yunnan, it is even more valuable.
The ancient town is full of landscapes and allusions. It can be said that every step of the way changes scenery, and each scene has a series of stories. In the cross street, more than 20 landscapes have been designed at the T-shaped intersection, including the Seven Shows of the Yi People and the Eight Scenic Spots of Lucheng. Among the seven beautiful sights of the Yi people are the wonders of Ailao and the earth forest, and among the eight sights of Lucheng are the Qinggang of Elu and the Wild Goose Pagoda of Nanshan. All buildings, landscapes, and gardens adopt the best features of Lijiang Ancient City, Yi folk houses, and Jiangnan water towns. Some people say that the Yi ancient town condenses a Yi ethnic group and moved to Duanjiangnan. Some people also say that the streets are filled with gurgling water and every household is a paradise.
Another characteristic of the ancient town is that 90% of the house types can be converted into houses. If you buy a house, the shop downstairs can generate income, and the second and third floors are good jump-off residences. With the improvement of the tourism function of the ancient town, home buyers not only buy the most beautiful environment in Chuxiong, but also buy the greatest room for value-added benefits.
There are many types of houses in Yi ancient towns. It is roughly divided into three categories. The first category is for shops on the first floor and living on the second and third floors. This type of apartments accounts for more than 70% of the total. The large ones are about 300_, the small ones are about 188_, and more are 230_260_; The second type is purely commercial, represented by the corner of the cross street. The three floors are all commercial, and they are all located in prime locations in the town. The third type is a more elegant area. At the west end of the ancient town, it is a high-end luxury villa designed for living. The maximum area does not exceed 3l0_, and the smallest one is no less than 220_. Every house has a hall in the front, a garden in the back, multiple platforms on the roof, and every household has a garage. Its design is scientific and comfortable compared to There is only Tsinghua Square in Guangzhou.
Look at the topography of the ancient town: the whole area is like a treasure. This accidental discovery signifies that this is a place to make money and gather wealth; look again, the whole area is like a big ship, with the bow to the west, the stern to the east, and Peach Blossom Creek is the waterline. Boarding this ship you will definitely be able to ride the wind and waves to reach your ideal shore. After the completion of the ancient town, it will become an important entity in the development of Yizhou's cultural industry and a pearl on the golden line of tourism in western Yunnan. It is the most distinctive tourism product in Chuxiong City and an important platform for displaying the Yi people and local local culture.
