North Putuo Temple is located in North Putuo Mountain, Jinzhou. The magic weapon building of North Putuo Buddhist Temple: It is dedicated to the Nirvana statue of Sakyamuni, the jade Buddha of Myanmar. In the early Qing Dynasty, the emperor shunzhi's biological mother, Empress Dowager Kit, visited the Putuo Mountain Temple in North China and received a thousand taels of silver. In the fifty-second year of Qianlong, Wei Yangben, a gentleman in Jincheng, invested all his money to build Shangshan Road. Patriotic poets, national heroes, such as Sun Chengzong, Yuan Chonghuan, Wang Erlie, and the founding marshal Luo Ronghuan visited the Cave House to compose poems and recite couplets, leaving immortal poems.

Emperor Guangxu's imperial pen "Mount Putuo Monument" remains vigorous. Wang Erlie, an outstanding genius, carved "unique" running script on the cliffs, which made people feel excited.
