1May, 933, Lianjiang Red Army grew rapidly, and it was difficult for the Kuomintang to increase the supply of military equipment to the red area. The Red Army Guerrilla 1 detachment in central Fujian sent Xie Simei and Chen Zhuosi to Houfu Township, Changle, to open a maritime traffic line to solve the transportation-machinery problem. Xie Simei found a reliable and honest poor farmer Lin Tanchi in Guotou Village, Houfu Township, and then developed seven people, including Lin Yongzao, Lin Yongdong, Woodland, Nen and Lin, and organized a transport team to transport ammunition with Lin Tanchi's "clam scraping" ship as a company.

1September, 933, upon the proposal of Xie Simei and Chen Zhuosi, Lianjiang County Committee agreed that Chen Zhuosi would accompany Chen Xianheng and Yang Yihao to Houfu Township for inspection, and announced that Lin Traffic Station was formally established, with Lin as the stationmaster. They also set up joints in Guhuai, connecting Fuzhou and Minhou into a red traffic line. At that time, the delivery task was very heavy, and it was delivered once every half month, including-,-,organs-and mortars, all of which were packed in gunny bags and put in the cabin to cover up the fish and shrimp.

In September of the following year, Chen Xianheng and Yang Yihao introduced Lin's delay in joining the Party. Soon, Lin Yongzao and Andy Lin League joined the Party and established the Party Branch of the Traffic Station. 1935 in February and March, the Kuomintang party headquarters and the Russell area carried out a large-scale military encirclement and suppression, and the Red Army was forced to move. Yang He led more than 20 armed men to Luohanli in Fuqing under the escort of comrades from Traffic Station. In April, seven people, including Lin Yan, transferred to the guerrillas in central Fujian and moved to Changle, Minhou and Yongtai. Since then, the Fujian Central Committee has renamed the Houfu Traffic Station as the Houfu Liaison Station, and continued to secretly escort party cadres between central Fujian and eastern Fujian. 1936 in late February, the fund-raising of the head village owner was killed by mistake, and the traffic station organization was exposed. Lin Jiran and his wife were forced to leave Zhejiang, and Lin Yongzao was arrested and sacrificed. Andy Lin Group and others moved with the Red Movement in eastern Fujian, and the traffic stations and party organizations that persisted for nearly three years stopped their activities. After liberation, the traffic station site was destroyed.
