The visiting time for off-campus groups is 8:30- 1 1:30, 14:00- 17:00 every day during weekends, legal holidays and school winter and summer vacations (see the school announcement for specific dates). If there are important activities on campus, the open visit will be suspended and the allowed reservation will be invalid.

Booking and publishing methods:

1. All group visits are conducted online, and telephone or on-site appointments are not accepted. Group organizations need to log in/download and fill in the Application Form for Booking a Group Visit to the Campus in Peking University 3-5 working days in advance (excluding the day of visit). The names and telephone numbers of units and group leaders in the table must be true and valid. The form is sent as an email attachment to the mailbox: beidacg @ 126.com, and the on-campus appointment can be made 5 to 7 working days in advance.

The email subject of the appointment must be "XX school (unit) makes an appointment for XX people to visit on X, X, X, X", otherwise the appointment will be deemed invalid. It should be sent as an attachment to an email.

2. Peking University Security Office will examine and approve the booking unit according to the booking group category, booking order and campus carrying capacity, and the examination and approval result will be notified to the applicant in the form of reply mail within 3 days before the allowed visit date.

3. The person in charge of the tour group shall go through the admission formalities at the East Gate of Peking University (Chengfu Road East) with the "Peking University Group Visit Campus Appointment Application Form" (signed by the person in charge of the tour group and stamped with the official seal of the unit) and his valid certificate, and walk to the school at one time according to the number and time of appointment. If you arrive early, you must wait outside the east gate. Groups staying for more than 30 minutes will be refused admission. Please obey the instructions and arrangements of the school staff.

3. Campus visits are arranged by region. Area: East Gate-Literature and History Building-East Square of Library-North of West Gate Line. Visitors are not allowed to visit the buildings outside the school history museum and the sackler Archaeological Art Museum in this area. Holders of geological museum group tickets should visit the museum first, and then visit the campus according to the designated route. Visitors are not allowed to leave the visiting area.

4. Peking University is a teaching institution and does not charge any visit fees. During the winter and summer vacations, there are special student guides to guide and explain the visiting delegation. Visiting delegations should be wary of illegal cars, illegal tour guides and illegal travel agencies cheating money.

5. Due to the limited service facilities, narrow roads and insufficient parking spaces on campus, it is impossible to provide services such as dining, turning around, parking, etc., and it is not allowed to ride and enjoy bicycles on campus.

6. The Weiming Lake and its surrounding areas are national key cultural relics protection areas. When visiting a group, we should consciously protect cultural relics and facilities, take good care of flowers and trees on campus, and do not trample, climb, scribble or depict.
