2015 Hainan Chengmai Secondary Vocational and Technical School Professional Internship Instructor Recruitment Announcement
In order to vigorously develop vocational education and according to the development needs of vocational education in Chengmai County, Hainan Province, we will further strengthen the teaching staff of Chengmai Secondary Vocational and Technical School. With the approval of the county party committee and the county government, we are now recruiting a group of teachers from the public. 1. Recruitment positions and quotas
In 2015, Chengmai Secondary Vocational and Technical School openly recruits professional internship instructors across the province 13 name. 2. Qualifications for candidates

2. Within the promotion and use restriction period stipulated in party discipline and political discipline;
3. Those who have been basically competent (basically qualified) or below in the annual assessment in the past three years;
4. Others Cannot be promoted within the prescribed period.
(2) Qualifications
1. Under 45 years old (that is, born after December 31, 1970);
2. College degree or above Educational qualifications;
3. Possess intermediate or above national vocational qualifications.
4. Possess professional knowledge for the corresponding position;
5. Professional requirements for specific positions:

(4) Road construction machinery operation and maintenance: Engineering management, construction machinery operation and maintenance major, intermediate worker or above professional qualification in this major.

(6) Cooking: Cooking major, intermediate worker or above professional qualification in this major.
(7) Coffee: No limitation on major, professional qualifications of intermediate coffee worker or above or intermediate barista qualifications or above in this industry.
3. Recruitment procedures, methods and time
(1) Registration method
1. Registration and related information were submitted in Hainan Province on July 9, 2015 Published on the bulletin board of the Chengmai County People's Government website.
2. Registration shall be carried out on-site, and qualification review shall be conducted at the same time as registration. Applicants must read the recruitment announcement carefully to understand the recruitment targets, conditions, position settings, etc., and select qualified positions to register. (2) Qualification review

(2) Announcement of qualification review results
If after qualification review, the number of qualified candidates is less than 1:3, the corresponding recruitment positions will be canceled or reduced.
(3) The qualification review results will be announced on the Chengmai County People's Government website 5 days before the written test, and written test "Admittance Tickets" will be issued to candidates who meet the qualifications.
(3) Organizing the examination
The examination consists of a written examination and an interview, and is organized and implemented by the leading group office for the recruitment of internship instructors of Chengmai Secondary Vocational and Technical School.
1. Written test (50%)

(2) Written test method, subjects and content
The written test adopts a hundred-point system and is conducted in a closed-book manner. The content of the written test is divided into professional subjects (accounting for 70%) and public subjects (accounting for 30%). %). 2. Interview (accounting for 50%)
(1) Determination of interview candidates
According to the candidates’ written test scores from high to low, the number of candidates will be determined according to the number of positions. The list of interviewees will be determined at a ratio of 1:3 (the last person with a tie will be included in the interview). The list of interviewers will be announced on the Chengmai County People's Government website on August 14. Those with no objections will be issued an interview notice.
(2) Interview content and form
The interview will be conducted through trial lectures and on-site operations, and the content will be comprehensive quality, professional knowledge and practical skills.
(3) Interview time and place
A trial lecture was held at Chengmai Secondary Vocational and Technical School at 8:30 am on August 23, 2015; the practical exercises performed after the trial lecture The location of the skills test will be notified in person at that time. The interview adopts a 100-point system (the trial lecture and practical scores each account for 50%) and will be scored on the spot. The interview results will be announced on the Chengmai County People's Government website on August 28.
(4) Assessment and Physical Examination
Based on the comprehensive score (written test and interview each account for 50% of the comprehensive score, the comprehensive score is retained to two decimal places), from high score to low score , determine the candidates for assessment based on the ratio of 1:1 to the number of people to be recruited for each position, and the assessment team will assess the ideological and political performance, moral character and other aspects of the candidates. Candidates for the physical examination will be determined based on the assessment results. The physical examination will be organized by the competent department, and the physical examination standards will be implemented with reference to the civil servant recruitment standards. Candidates who fail the assessment or physical examination will be disqualified and the vacant positions will be filled from those who applied for the same position in order from the highest score to the lowest score based on their comprehensive scores. If there are ties, the applicants will be sorted according to the following conditions: A. Those with higher written test scores will be given priority; B. Those with higher education will be given priority; C. Those with local household registration or student origin will be given priority; D. Those with only children will be given priority.
(5) Announcement
Based on the results of examinations, assessments and physical examinations, the candidates to be hired will be selected based on relevant procedures and announced on the website of the Chengmai County People's Government for 7 days in accordance with the procedures. If there are disputes during the publicity period, the recruitment leading group will investigate and deal with them. After the publicity period expires, if there are no problems or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the person to be hired will be determined.
4. Employment and treatment
The probationary period is one year. After the probation period is over, those who pass the assessment will go through formal employment procedures, and their wages will be subject to the local salary standards for national public institutions personnel. The employed person should formally sign an employment contract with the employer. The employment period is three years. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the employment period can be re-employed. If they are incompetent during the employment assessment or have serious disciplinary violations, the employer can terminate the employment contract.
