Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province is a prefecture-level city in Liaoning Province.

Jinzhou is a regional central city in western Liaoning. Jinzhou has a history of more than 2 100 years, which was first named in Liao Dynasty. From 65438 to 0949, Liaoning Province was established after the liberation of Northeast China, and Jinzhou, the capital city of Liaoning Province, became a regional political, economic and cultural center.

Jinzhou is located in the southwest of Liaoning Province, east of Liaoxi Corridor. It is a transportation hub connecting North China and Northeast China. Its geographical coordinates are120 44 ′ to122 36 ′, 40 47 ′ to 42 08 ′ north latitude, and the northeast to southwest slope is 188 km.
