Penalty basis for soliciting tourists in scenic spots
Legal analysis: Anyone who solicits customers, intercepts or chases vehicles, or forcibly boards or rides in a motor vehicle to solicit customers will be given a warning or fined 200 yuan by the scenic area public security bureau; those who solicit customers more than three times will be fined. Anyone who calls for customers, intercepts or chases a vehicle, or forcibly boards or rides in a motor vehicle to solicit customers will be given a warning or fined 200 yuan by the scenic spot public security bureau; anyone who calls for customers or solicits customers three or more times will be fined not less than 5 days but not less than 10 days by the scenic spot public security bureau. If a crowd is gathered to commit the acts mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the ringleaders shall be detained for not less than ten days but not more than fifteen days, and may also be fined not more than one thousand yuan.
